Attending the AGM
Each Affiliate is entitled to have one delegate at the meeting. Note: Affiliates with overdue membership fees are not entitled to submit motions or attend the meeting. If necessary, please settle any outstanding fees.
The AGM will be held using Zoom meetings, an on-line conference service. Attendees will be able to participate via the Internet using a web browser or the equivalent mobile application. To attend the AGM, you will need the meeting link that will be sent to you in advance.
If you wish to attend, please notify the AAI Secretary of the name of your delegate in advance of the meeting. Please send your replies to secretary@atheistalliance.org.
Time zones
The AGM will be held on Sunday, November 12, 2022 at 14:00 UTC.
We have given the time of the meeting as 14:00 hrs UTC (Universal Coordinated Time). This is 07:00 in Calgary, 09:00 in Lima and Bogota, 15:00 in Abuja and Frankfurt, 17:00 in Istanbul and Kampala, 19:30 in Mumbai, 20:00 in Dhaka, 22:00 in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore and 01:00 (Monday, Nov 13) in Melbourne. If your time zone is not shown, it is easy to find an online converter that will convert 14:00 UTC to your local time on Nov 12, 2023.
