2020 has been such an ‘annus horribilis’, we feel we need to say goodbye to it in a significant way, so we are staging a four-hour-long telethon on December 31st, ending with fireworks at midnight London time! We are calling it Live Stream Aid and it will mix appeals with entertainment. If you would like to perform, just send your four-minute-video to secularworld@atheistalliance.org
Also in 2021, we are starting a weekly Global Atheist News show. This will be live streamed on Saturdays at times depending on your zone (Sunday morning in Australia) and will subsequently become a podcast. Our reporters around the world will update us on events in their location that are of interest to atheists.
These events, and others, will be hosted on a new platform being set up by some of our kindred spirits as a safe place for rationalists to gather online. More about this exciting development in future editions of the Insider…
