On December 05, Brian Kernick, our Acting President, sent you notification of the upcoming AAI Extraordinary General Meeting. He explained the background and attached a copy of our Disclosure Document.

I am following up today with the Agenda and a list of Motions to be voted on at the meeting. It will be a Zoom meeting, and it is scheduled for January 15 at 14:00 UTC.
