This email is for all AAI Affiliate Members and delegates to the Extraordinary General Meeting that will be held on January 15 at 14:00 UTC.

I attach a copy of (1) the agenda for the meeting and (2) a list of the motions I have received--15 in total. The deadline for submitting motions has now passed but it will be possible for delegates to propose amendments at the meeting. So please review the motions, consider how you would like to vote on them and whether you wish to propose amendments to any of them. 

Remember, if you wish to vote but cannot attend the meeting, you may select an Affiliate Member that will attend to cast proxy votes on your behalf. I will send you more details on this soon. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reply to this email and I will get back to you.

Finally, I need you to send me the name and email address of the delegate who will attend the meeting to represent your organization please. Delegates have to be registered to be admitted to the meeting.
