I attach a Proxy Authority form with this email. The form explains how you can take advantage of proxy voting if you are unable to attend the EGM in person. Your proxy voter can vote on all motions and amendments on your behalf, and you will be counted as present at the meeting. Please read the form to learn more. I must receive your Proxy Authority form by midnight UTC on January 14, 2023 for your proxy voter to be registered. If you have already registered a proxy voter, you do not need to repeat the process.

I also attach an updated list of motions to be voted on at the meeting. A few motions were amended after I sent you the list on January 1st, so please discard the first list and use the January 2nd version. Please review the motions, consider how you would like to vote on them and whether you wish to propose amendments to any of them. 

Finally, we already have a huge number of delegates registered for this important meeting. If you have not yet done so, please send me the name and email address of the delegate who will attend the meeting to represent your organization. Just reply to this email. Delegates have to be registered to be admitted to the meeting.
