You may be aware that AAI has been subjected to a barrage of criticism, including much misinformation, in recent months. 

The events criticised go back at least five years, nevertheless, the board decided to carry out a thorough investigation to determine which criticisms are true and which are not. A Disclosure Document detailing everything we have found has now been prepared.

The AAI board has called an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 14:00 UTC on January 15, 2023, so our Affiliate Members can decide what should be done to make amends for past errors.

We will keep you informed of events as they unfold. If you would like to attend the EGM as an observer, please contact the AAI Secretary and you will be added to the list of attendees.

What can you do to help? Firstly, you can read the Disclosure Document and you can contribute to the online discussion under the document. If you are a member of an AAI Affiliate organization, please talk to them and encourage them to consider the issue and participate in resolving it.
