The AAI President wrote to you two days ago giving you notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on January 15, 2023. Now I attach a copy of the Disclosure Document as promised.

This document freely acknowledges errors that have been made so that AAI Members can decide what should be done to put these errors behind us. Most of the accusations that have been made against us are not true and the Disclosure Document rebuts the false accusations.

I hope very much you will read the document and will play your part in resolving the future of our organization.

If you would like to propose a motion for the EGM, send it to the AAI Secretary (secretary@atheistalliance.org) by the deadline of December 18, 2022.

Your organization is entitled to have one delegate participate in the EGM. Please send the name and email address of your delegate to the AAI Secretary once you have decided who will attend. Note that motions can only be accepted from members with no outstanding membership fees. If you are unsure of your organization’s status, please contact the AAI Treasurer (treasurer@atheistalliance.org).
