In the event that any part of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the invalid part shall be construed as closely as possible to the original intentions of the parties and the remainder shall remain in full effect.
AAI’s failure to enforce any part of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of its rights to subsequently enforce it.
This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties.
Any action you may wish to take relating to this Agreement must be brought in a court in the state of California and must commence within one year after the cause for the action arose, or the action will be barred.
