Born in Izmir, Tolga Theo Yalur studied Economics at METU (Ankara) and Cultural Studies at GMU (Fairfax, VA), and taught psychoanalysis, media and culture courses in Turkey and the USA, at GMU, Bosphorus University (Istanbul), and the New School (NYC). His published work includes cognitive philosophy, economics, film and media.
